Born and raised in Lagos, Patrick Irabor-Esezobor AKA Big Trail has been doing music all his life alongside his passion for football. He started taking music more seriously about seven years ago, and he has not looked back since then. For him, music is a part of his life and a way to make people happy.
Big Trail’s musical aspirations were born out of his participation in a church choir at a tender age. Since then, he has been passionate about creating music that touches the soul and inspires people to be happy. He believes that music is a powerful tool for healing, and his music reflects this belief.
Currently working on his fourth single, Big Trail is focused on releasing a second music video for one of the tracks on his recently released EP titled Genesis, available on all digital music stores and streaming platforms. When asked about his advice to upcoming musicians, Big Trail had this to say, “Be ready to work hard. Music requires a lot of commitment and focus.” He believes that it takes more than just talent to succeed in the music industry. One must be willing to put in the effort and be committed to their craft.
Big Trail’s stage name was inspired by the impact he leaves whenever he creates music. He believes that just like a trail, his music should leave a mark on his listeners’ hearts and minds.
